
Mohamed Jimale Ali, is an experienced development and humanitarian leader with a strong background in project implementation within UN systems and international NGO frameworks. With over a decade of leadership in education, youth empowerment, governance, and community development, he has successfully managed programs that achieve tangible impact, even in challenging environments. His career includes leadership roles such as general director of the Halin Youth Voluntary Organization, deputy manager of the Sool Youth Development Network, and administrative/finance officer at the Taleh Youth Voluntary Organization. He has also worked in media as a reporter for Kalsan TV and Somnews TV, enhancing community awareness and advocacy. Mohamed holds a bachelor’s degree in public administration from Somaville University and Master of Science in Economics from the University of Malaya, alongside multiple diplomas and certifications in project management, journalism, office administration, public speaking, research methodology, and governance. Fluent in Somali and English, he is recognized for his skills in team leadership, negotiation, risk management, conflict resolution, and effective communication.
